Fee Structure: 10% of total annual salary (+benefits) payable after completion of placements first 60 days.

Perfect for: General Managers, Executive Housekeepers, F&B Directors, Front Desk Managers, and Construction Management positions and other YR professional positions.

Our recruiters have been filling resort positions for over 12 years and are connected with unique advertising alternatives in a variety of advertising mediums. Specifics about your position will be sent to our advertising partners for optimum exposure. We also attend job fairs representing your opportunities and your employment brand.

Fee Structure: Dependent on advertising sources, locations and/or job fair levels.

Perfect for: businesses who don’t have the staff to attend job fairs or research alternative sourcing methods. GREAT for middle-management resort opportunities.

Fee Structure: $15.00 per applicant
(No pre-screening is included)

For resort businesses that need additional seasonal assistance we work with a variety of countries placing their J1 students (exchange visitor program for students-duration varies). We also recruit US citizens from the US Virgin Islands (Puerto Rico, Saint Croix, Saint John, and Saint Thomas.
