Rates

Service prices based on length of employee commitment-prices are less then what you as an employer pay in FICA/FUTA employment taxes.

Seasonal positions

3.75% of their monthly salary + compensation (payable after completion of their first 30 days.)

Year-round positions

7.5% of total annually salary + benefits (payable after completion of their first 30 days.)

Follow-up

$45.00/hr for follow-up with the employer/employee to ensure it is a productive fit.

YR Salary $50,000+

7.5% of total annually salary + benefits payable after completion of the new hire's first 30 days.
